元器件交易网讯  4月11日消息，据外媒报道，台湾半导体制造公司台积电（TSMC）日前宣布3月份总营收16.6亿美元，同比增长13.2％，环比增长6.7％。

　　台积电第一季度营收提高1.65％达到48亿美元，比其修订后增长0.8％。第一季度的数据较去年同期提升11.7％。

　　台积电预计2014年第二季度其20纳米产品出货量开始增加，代工商预计当季度营收有望提高10%。台积电将于4月17日的投资者会议上公布第一季度业绩及第二季度指导方针。（元器件交易网   白玉涛译）

　　Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has announced consolidated revenues of NT$49.96 billion (US$1.66 billion) for March, up 6.7% sequentially and 13.2% on year.

　　TSMC also saw its first-quarter revenues edge up 1.65% sequentially to NT$148.22 billion, higher than its revised guidance of a 0.8% sequential growth to NT$147 billion. The first-quarter figures also represented an 11.7% growth from a year earlier.

　　With TSMC expected to start ramping up shipments of its 20nm products in the second quarter of 2014, the foundry house is expected to see its revenues grow over 10% sequentially in the quarter, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report.

　　TSMC will release its performance results for the first quarter as well as guidance for the second quarter on an investors conference scheduled on April 17.
