元器件交易网讯  4月14日消息，据外媒报道，一些内存供应商正在销售捆绑NAND闪存的DRAM芯片，以缓解NAND闪存市场供应过剩的局面。

　　自2014年开始三星、东芝和SanDisk公司NAND闪存芯片产量实现巨大飞跃，导致闪存价格继续下跌。

　　由于这样的局面，相关人士称下游的设备制造商一直不愿购买大量NAND闪存以避免堆积。不过，该人士表示，苹果正在从美光科技和SanDisk公司购买NAND闪存芯片，这将有助于缓解供过于求的市场并且可能会使NAND闪存价格稳定下来。（元器件交易网   白玉涛译）

　　Some memory device suppliers are pushing sales of NAND flash chips bundled with DRAM chips in order to help ease the oversupply of NAND flash products in the market, according to market sources.

　　Prices of NAND flash chips have continued to slip since the beginning of 2014 due largely to capacity ramps by major players including Samsung, Toshiba and SanDisk, said the sources.

　　As a result, downstream device makers have been reluctant to purchase NAND flash in large volumes to avoid a pile-up of high-priced chips, noted the sources.

　　However, the sources indicated that prices of NAND flash may stabilize soon as Apple reportedly will step up its purchases of NAND flash chips from Micron Technology and SanDisk, which will help ease oversupplies in the market.
