元器件交易网讯  4月21日消息，据外媒报道，京东方及中国星光电科技（CSOT）目前正专注于FPD大尺寸面板技术的进一步提升。

　　这些厂商除了展示大尺寸液晶显示器还展示了他们最新的超高清电视面板。而天马微电子则强调了中小尺寸面板的重要性。研究者认为由于电视市场的成熟，面板业务盈利正变得越来越难。因此中国面板厂商正专注于超高清等高端技术。

　　BOE and China Star Optoelectronics Technology (CSOT) focused on large-size panel technology at FPD China 2014, according to Digitimes Research.

　　The makers displayed their latest Ultra HD TV panels in addition to other large-size LCDs.

　　Tianma Microelectronics meanwhile emphasized displaying small- to medium-size panels.

　　Digitimes Research believes profitability in the TV panel segment is becoming increasingly difficult as the TV market matures, thus panel makers in China are focusing on high-end technologies such as Ultra HD.
