元器件交易网讯 4月22日消息，过程控制解决方案提供商巨路国际（LUMAX）在2014年接到中国和台湾半导体行业订单，该公司收入和利润有望显著改善。

　　Process control solution provider Lumax International is expected to see revenues and profits improve significantly in 2014, buoyed by orders from the semiconductor industry and Taiwan-invested companies in China, according to industry sources.

　　Lumax posted revenues of NT$1.41 billion (US$46.7 million) for the first quarter of 2014, increasing 5.6% from a year earlier.

　　Lumax now has a backlog of orders totaling NT$4.5 billion, buoyed by its expanded product portfolio, revealed the sources, noting that Lumax recently added Emerson's Micro Motion family products as well as a wide range of solutions from APM Automation Solutions (a unit of Emerson) into its offerings.

　　The improved product mix will further boost Lumax's profitability in 2014, said the sources. Lumax's gross margin stood at 26.72% in 2013 compared to 23.47% a year earlier.

　　Lumax posted net profits of NT$639 million or an EPS of NT$5.38 on revenues of NT$6.24 billion in 2013. The company plans to deal out cash dividends of NT$3 for the year.
