元器件交易网讯  4月29日消息，据外媒报道，台湾手机零部件生产商美律实业(Merry Electronics)计划投资21-23亿新台币（6940万-7600万美元）用于建立泰国新工厂和扩大中国南部和东部区产能。

　　美律指出，其中30%的投资将用于筹建泰国工厂，70%的投资用于扩大在华的两个工厂的产能。泰国工厂主要生产娱乐设备耳机和免提语音通讯设备。然而另外2个在华的工厂将专注于生产耳机、手机移动电源和大功率扩音器。

　　2011年，美律实业80%的收入来自为诺基亚、索尼和摩托罗拉提供的免提语音通讯设备。为了使产品线多样化，美律于2011年开始生产耳机，2012年生产该功率的手机扩音器，2013年生产手机移动电源。

　　娱乐设备耳机2014年第一季度收入占总收入的40%，高功率扩音器占近30%，语音免提通信设备占16%-18%，移动电源占11%-13%。

　　美律更新了娱乐设备耳机，增加降噪、防水和蓝牙功能。另外，公司又开发出一款助听器耳机，已在日本和中国市场小批量地推出，目的是与当地供应链合作。美律未来将进一步开发医疗专用助听器耳机。

　　Taiwan-based handset component maker Merry Electronics is setting up a new factory in Thailand and expanding production capacity at a factory in southern China and another in eastern China with a total estimated investment of NT$2.1-2.3 billion (US$69.4-76.0 million), according to the company.

　　About 30% of the investment will used for the construction of the Thailand factory and 70% for capacity expansion at the two factories in China, Merry Electronics noted. The Thailand factory will mainly produce entertainment-use headsets and hand-free voice communication devices, while the additional capacity at the two factories in China will focus production of entertainment-use headsets, handset-use mobile power supplies and high-power speakers, Merry Electronics pointed out.

　　Merry Electronics had over 80% of its revenues coming from hand-free voice communication devices shipped to Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Motorola mainly in 2011, the company said. In a bid to diversify its product lines, Merry Electronics stepped into production of entertainment-use headsets in 2011, handset-use high-power speakers in 2012 and handset-use mobile power supplies in 2013, the company indicated.

　　Entertainment-use headsets accounted for 40% of first-quarter 2014 consolidated revenues, high-power speakers for nearly 30%, hand-free voice communication devices for 16-18% and mobile power suppliers for 11-13%, Merry Electronics pointed out.

　　Merry Electronics has upgraded its entertainment-use headsets with the addition of noise-reduction, waterproof and Bluetooth functions, the company noted. In addition, Merry Electronics has developed consumer hearing-aid headphones and has launched the product in the Japan and China markets in small volumes with the aim of cooperating with local retail chains, the company pointed out. Merry Electronics will further develop hearing-aid headphones specifically for medical use, the company indicated.
