OLED被认为是下一代显示技术，近年来发展迅猛。但在OLED蒸镀过程中仍然存在很多问题。Advantech U.S. 董事长潘仲光先生将出席2016中国国际OLED产业会发表主题演讲，围绕OLED蒸镀问题，如沉积越界阴影效应、无法超越600ppi、孔洞尺寸误差太大、孔洞矩阵扭曲不齐、荫罩越大问题越多等进行深入探讨。

　　潘仲光先生是美籍华人，1991年毕业于卡内基梅陇大学计算机工程和工业管理，1992年回国在福州创办冠捷科技，生产个人电脑显示器。1999年冠捷在香港上市，2004年成功收购飞利浦显示部门并超越三星成为世界最大显示器生产商。2005年全部股份卖给京东方和中国电子，转而在美国匹兹堡同有源平板发明人宝帝博士一起成立阿德文泰克Advantech光显有限公司，研发OLED显示屏TFT和发明加法电路印刷技术。

　　阿德文泰克Advantech公司现在拥有一支由科学家，工程师，技术人员组成的成熟的专业研发团队。经过十一年的研发，在荫罩制作、对准科技、张网技术、蒸镀工艺技术及蒸镀设备等方面都取得了较大的突破以及成绩。阿德文泰克的加法电路印刷技术也成功成为美国下一代超级计算机或俗称量子电脑中超导电路重要的角色。 2015年潘仲光先生将相关的技术引进国内，开始涉足协助中国OLED同业解决荫罩技术问题，并希望以及正在为中国人的显示屏生产技术做出自己的贡献。

　　Mr. TK Pen graduated from CMU at Computer Engineering and Industrial Management in 1991.  Next year, he returned back to China and founded AOC in 1992, which manufactured PC monitors including CRT, LCD, etc.  In 1999, AOC issues the IPO in Hong Kong. Few years later, it successfully purchased the Philips monitor department becoming the biggest monitor manufacture company in the world, even larger than Samsung.  In 2005, his stocks of the company was sold to BOE and moved on to the next generation technology, the flat panel display. He and Dr. Brody are the founders of the Advantech U.S. in Pittsburgh to research and develop the OLED display backplane, TFT backplane, and additive printed technology.

　　Advantech U.S. now is composed a group of professional scientists and engineers. After a decade of R&D, it achieved a great breakthrough and success in making masks, alignment technology, tension technology and deposition process.  Advantech U.S. also becomes a leading company in the additive printed technology for making the printed circuits for the next generation supercomputer, also known as quantum computer.  In 2015, Mr. Pan started introduced those new technology to China OLED industry to assist and solve mask making problem.
