应用材料公司副总裁、AKT中国区总经理孙胜博士已确认出席2020中国国际OLED产业大会。

　　主讲嘉宾简介

　　孙胜博士现任应用材料公司副总裁，负责显示产品与柔性技术事业群在中国的市场业务。

　　孙胜博士于1996年加入应用材料公司，时任显示产品部工艺工程师。他曾参与应用材料公司数代化学气相沉积 (CVD) 设备及工艺的开发工作，是日本主要显示产品客户的技术专家。2003年，孙胜博士开始负责中国市场显示产品的业务与运营，同时协助技术市场工作，并出任中国区经理。他还曾参与光学微机电系统 (Opto-MEMS) 的开发工作，即利用半导体工艺将光电子器件集成于硅晶片。

　　2009年到2018年，孙胜博士在美国SunPower公司从事太阳能事业。期间他成功地将金刚线切片技术商业化，并将叠瓦模组技术拓展到年产2GW的量产规模，与此同时，他还在国内领导了数个太阳能电站开发与组件工厂扩建的合资项目。

　　孙胜博士拥有南京大学化学物理学士学位和美国阿克伦大学物理化学博士学位，其后又在科罗拉多州立大学从事博士后研究。

　　Dr. Sheng Sun is vice president of sales for Display and Flexible Technology at Applied Materials, where he is responsible for leading the group’s sales business in China.

　　Dr. Sun started his career at Applied Materials in 1996 as a process engineer for the company’s display products. He has worked on several generations of the company’s chemical vapor deposition (CVD) systems and process development and was the key account technologist for major Japanese display customers. In 2003, he went on to lead the display business and operations in China supporting technical marketing and served as country manager for China. He also participated in Opto-MEMS development, which involves integrating optical electronic devices on a silicon wafer using semiconductor processes.

　　From 2009 to 2018, Dr. Sun was with SunPower Corporation, where he successfully commercialized diamond wire wafering technology, expanded shingled module technology to 2GW operation, and led several joint ventures in China in solar power plant development and module fab expansion.

　　Dr. Sun holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical physics from Nanjing University, a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Akron and carried out his postdoctoral research at Colorado State University.
